Print and cut technology utilizes our large format (54'') sign machine to print highly durable full color graphics onto a heat seal material. This material is then die cut to within .05 of an inch tolerance around your design. This cut design is then heat sealed onto your graments.
The beneift of this process is that there are NO setup charges (unlike screen printing or embroidery), we can excpet almost any image format and the process can be printed on any color material wihtout fear of bleed or washout from dyes.
The heat seal material is the same material (slightly thinner) as that used for numbering atheletic uniforms, and the printing inks are the same as those we use to do our outdoor durable vehicle graphics, signs and banners. The process as proven iself with landscaping and construction sue over and over again as durable and washable.
